General

By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, the Forsite Terms of Use, the Forsite Privacy Policy, and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the Site.

If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your membership of Forsite in any way, your only remedy is to immediately:

1. discontinue your use of the Site; and

Membership Information

To become a registered member of Forsite, you will need to provide some personal details as well as a valid username and password after you have read and accepted Forsite Privacy Policy. Once you have provided the required information, you will become a registered user, and will have access to, the suit of "Free Services" offered in our Site.

By becoming a registered member of Forsite you will be asked to provide certain information about you which will be used to allocate a username and a password. You will receive an email confirming your details upon registering successfully.

By doing this you, subject to Forsite Privacy Policy, grant Forsite exclusive rights in all of this information and all information derived or generated from it, in all existing or future media. These rights include, but are not limited to, the right to display your information anywhere on the Site, to search the information, and, consistent with Forsite Privacy Policy, to repackage and present or supply the information to a third party.

By placing any information or other material on the Site (including up-loading files, inputting data or engaging in any other form of communication), you grant to Forsite a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide license to do the following in respect of the information or material:
